Our story: a family at the fishermen's port

Oyster's Seafood Bar is a family-owned and family-run seafood restaurant at Batroun's fishermen's port (Batroun Mina), near the Phoenician Wall. We serve fresh oysters and seafood from our family kitchen, and our father, Assal, also fishes for fresh fish whenever possible.

Open daily except Tuesday, 12 PM to 12 AM; the kitchen closes at 10:30 PM in winter and 11 PM in summer. Around $70 per person before drinks. Cash and card accepted, free parking right in front, reservations by call or WhatsApp.

We don't use straws, we upcycle glass bottles, and our father hand-crafts Osalée, an organic, air-dried sea salt extracted each summer from the Phoenician Wall salt ponds.

Their boats, our kitchen.

Every fish on the menu has a boat and a name behind it. Meet the people we buy from and the family that cooks it, and watch how the catch comes in.

From the kitchen: fresh oysters, fish kebbe and the day's catch

Our menu is short on purpose. It moves with the season and the boats. Oysters are the house specialty. The fish kebbe is the dish you'll be told about before you arrive.
